Project-intake information
The project-intake form stores the visitor's name, optional company, phone number or email address, preferred contact method, selected trade, project type, city or ZIP, project stage, timing, general description, referral tags, landing path, and submission time. RavenRock uses this information to review project fit and respond to the request.
Information not to submit
Do not submit full addresses, plans, access codes, private records, financial information, or sensitive personal information through the short form. Confirm a suitable sharing method with RavenRock before sending project files or photographs.
Project files and photographs
Plans, photographs, addresses, client identities, and project details should be accessed only for the requested project review and handled according to an approved retention and permission process.
Analytics, cookies, and third parties
The website records a limited set of essential first-party conversion events, including phone clicks, walkthrough-link clicks, form starts, and completed form submissions. These records include the page path and campaign tags when present, but never project-form values. Optional Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity measurement loads only after a visitor grants permission. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled, and project-intake fields are masked from session tools.
